Artsakh\u2019s Human Rights Defender warns of a possible humanitarian crisis.<\/p>\n<p>    \u2018Lurer\u2019 tried to find out from the EU foreign policy office what the structure headed by Josep Borrell thinks about the closure of the Lachin humanitarian corridor by the Azerbaijanis. EU foreign policy Spokesman Peter Stano, in response to \u2018Lurer\u2019 inquiry, said:<\/p>\n<p>    \u201cThe EU is aware of the various developments around the Lachin corridor since 3 December. We are also closely following today\u2019s developments.<\/p>\n<p>    The EU has no presence in Karabakh that would allow us have a better understanding of the situation, but we do follow the numerous Armenian and Azerbaijani reports from open sources.
