US authorities will supply Kiev with Javelin and Stinger systems as a priority

The US authorities, when providing military assistance to Kiev, give priority to the supply of drones, Javelin anti-tank missile systems and Stinger man-portable air defense systems. This was announced at a briefing by the press secretary of the US defense department, John Kirby, reports TASS.

He recalled that the American side is still making deliveries under the $800 million military aid package, which was announced in mid-March. “Supplies within this package arrived even during the weekend. There will be more in the next 24 hours. In these deliveries, we prioritize the assets that we know Ukrainians need the most: Javelins, Stingers, drones. All this is a priority,” he said.

US officials are not discussing sending troops to Ukraine to collect data on alleged war crimes, Kirby added.
