The The cultural heritage of Nagorno-Karabakh is severely threatened or already destroyed. And no peace treaty has been signed with Armenia.
In a few weeks, Baku will host the COP29. And those who attend have the moral duty to call for the return of the Armenians to Nagorno-Karabakh and the release of prisoners.
