Europe will have to rethink its relations with Russia after a full-scale war in Ukraine. The new reality requires the construction of a new international order, French President Emmanuel Macron says, RBC-Ukraine reports.
“We will have to think about a new form of organization of Europe and rethink our relations with Russia after the war in Ukraine,” Macron says.
At the same time, the French president notes that the new reality in Europe requires a new international order, which was conceived at the end of World War II and did not have the problems that later emerged and became dominant.
He says most of the countries on this planet and many of the most populous countries did not exist when the seats were allocated. That is why the international order in which the world lives today is blocked, he adds.
In conclusion, Macron says that Europe needs an order where some countries cannot block others and where countries are represented with dignity.
