An APC (armored personnel carrier) of the Russian peacekeepers has crashed in Stepanakert: there are dead and wounded.
According to Azerbaijani media, citing Telegram channels, an armored combat vehicle of the Russian peacekeeping contingent overturned into a ravine in Stepanakert.
As a result of the accident, one Russian serviceman was killed, and two were injured.
The condition of one of the injured is assessed as serious. The injured were taken to a medical facility in Stepanakert.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has not yet officially confirmed this information.
