Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu informed that the events taking place in Ukraine and the South Caucasus were discussed at the meeting held in Vienna with OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmid. “We discussed regional developments in Ukraine and the South Caucasus with Helga Schmid,” Çavuşoğlu wrote on his Twitter microblog.
