According to Fox News, U.S. President Donald Trump has departed for Alaska aboard Air Force One from Andrews Air Force Base to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The White House Press Office reports that the American delegation accompanying Trump includes Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, and CIA Director John Ratcliffe.
Also part of the U.S. delegation are Special Presidential Envoy Steve Witkoff and White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.
Earlier reports confirmed that the Russian delegation attending the Alaska summit includes Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Presidential Aide Yuri Ushakov, Defense Minister Andrey Belousov, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, and Kirill Dmitriev, the President’s Special Representative for Investments and Economic Cooperation with Foreign Countries.
